EcoTubes Shenkar Campus

The Shenkar Campus is located in the high-tech hub of Ramat Gan. Comprised of eight main buildings, it spreads across three sites – each within walking distance of one another. Recently, multiple college departments could move into the new Workshop Building, designed by renowned Geotectura Studio architect Dr. Joseph Cory. With a clear focus on sustainable architecture, Cory’s design ‘EcoTubes’ was inspired on the existing past, filled with sustainable materials and brings a bright climate in the campus building.

Playful bamboo cladding

Less than a century ago, this area was fully covered with citrus orchards and the trees can now again be found in and around the campus buildings. The trees are also planned for the roof, that is already covered with MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® Decking. At the rooftop terrace, the ambiance improved dramatically with the playful MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® Cladding around the technical systems.
