Werk 3

“Werk 3” has a space of about 22.000 square metres for companies, bars and restaurants, clubs and events, including a rooftop terrace of 900m2 Bamboo X-treme. The decking has also been applied as a platform, that allows cars up to 3 tons to drive over the bamboo. The architecture of the rooms is unique in Munich and connects modern design with exciting industrial charm: Large rooms with high ceilings, big windows and visible installations create a loft-like appearance. Historically preserved staircases, large-size hoists in an industrial style and loading ramps and the new passage to the work quarter place are elements for the creation of a unique atmosphere.
